5.2 Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Platform policy changes or account suspensions by the betting platform itself
• Accounts suspended due to violation of the platform's own terms by the user
• Change of mind after the ID has been successfully delivered and activated
• Delays caused by the user failing to provide required information

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the issue arising. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our services to:

• Engage in any activity that is illegal under Indian or international law
• Create accounts for other persons without their knowledge and consent
• Circumvent platform security measures or detection systems
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Provide false identity information or fraudulent KYC documents

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via WhatsApp. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any person at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or any reason we deem appropriate. We will provide notice where reasonably possible, except in cases of serious misconduct.
